Vertical Harvest of Wyoming has announced that their new Westbrook urban farming venture has hit the halfway point of construction.
The new four-story facility will grow microgreens, lettuce, and other crops year-round. They’ll distribute produce to hospitals, schools, and supermarkets, and the location will also offer an opportunity for people to buy at the source.
